Group Music Classes
If you are interested in group music classes, you have the option to Start a Group or Join an Existing Group. With both options, a Small Steps Music instructor will design and implement music activities that will engage and inform students of all ages. A variety of musical genres/styles are introduced through course instruction. Technology, instruments, props, and stories/poetry are also incorporated into many of the activities. Activities include listening, composing, playing instruments, singing, dancing, and playing games.
The Start a Group option is great for schools, learning centers, churches, after-school programs, and facilities who provide services for children and are interested in offering music classes. The Start a Group option can also be fun for Home School groups and Mommy and Me groups/organizations.
The Join an Existing Group option allows individuals to select a program that is currently offered at either our clinic location or a location in our 7 county service area, which may include libraries, recreational facilities, and after-school programs. Group class schedules vary and may not be offered each session. Call or email for the most current class offerings.
